GRAN FONDO OF THE SHARKS – CITIES OF CATTOLICA AND GABICCE MARE

Second edition of a cycle race that makes part of the competitions of the ACSI Italian Championship a “new entry” of the 2016 Romagna Challenge. A weekend of high-level cycling.

On Saturday 14th May from 4.00 pm at Cattolica Aquarium Granfondo Party with local dishes and dj set.

“CHILDREN FESTIVAL”

For the third year running Cattolica joins the great event dedicated to families that involves the whole regional Coast. It is coordinated by the Regional and Coast Tourist Boards of Emilia Romagna.

A whole week of special holiday offers a lot of fun for families.

On Friday 17th June, at Piazza Primo Maggio, BANANA SPLIT concert dedicated to children. The best sigles of cartoons from ’60s ‘70s ’80s ‘90s up to the present, with gags, fancy dresses and involvement of the public.

SUPERBIKE & SUPERSPORT WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS

SBK is back on the Misano circuit with GP Motorbike races, like it only happens on six other circuit in the world.

Summer New Years Day Party is back. “Pink Positive” will be this years catchphrase.

CATTOLICA ‘80… WE, THE CHILDREN OF THE STARS

the great show dedicated to the ‘70s and ‘80s is back at Piazza Primo Maggio.

The most famous Italian cover bands will perform the best music and songs of those years. People will dance and the square will turn into the famous “Studio 54” of New York. Every night, before and after the performance, DJ set. Vintage car shows will take place as well.

The most important Italian bands will perform at Piazza Mercato from 9.00 pm.
The square will turn into a big dance hall where it will be possible to dance on the notes of folk, popular and latin-american music.
On 22nd July LISCIO DANCE NIGHT on the whole Romagna Coast.

THE MAGICAL NIGHT OF CLAMS

The popular event “made in Cattolica” dedicated to one of the treasures of the Adriatic Sea, the clams. From 6.00 pm, at the harbour, clam-tastings cooked by local fishermen. At night the “Longest sea fountain in the world” show, live concerts and dj set.
